Viscose Stretch Denim Fabric is built on a rayon base rather than a synthetic one: 71% viscose, 24% polyester, 5% spandex. That ratio is what gives it the hand it has. The viscose brings a cool, dry touch and a soft drape, the polyester keeps the cloth strong, and the spandex supplies the give. At 300g/m² it holds a proper bottom-weight silhouette without feeling stiff. The Sunshine treatment sets the denim look without a laundry process, so no washing stage sits in your route, and the colour it produces is the softly faded blue a retro look depends on. A cool hand plus an easy route is why it reads correctly across so many cuts, straight, wide, flared or tapered.

- Keep the stock dry. Viscose loses strength when wet, so store the roll away from damp and don't leave panels sitting wet on the table.
- Establish shrinkage anyway. The cloth needs no wash in your route, but the wearer will wash the garment, so find out what a domestic cycle does to it.
- Let the roll rest before laying. Five percent spandex on a limp viscose hand means a spread measured too soon will be wrong.
- Choose the needle for a soft, slippery cloth. A finer needle and steady tension cut down on marking and skipped stitches on a fibre this smooth.
- Settle the marker for 155cm. Narrower rolls take more lays on the wider pieces, so confirm the cut plan before the order is committed.
