At 440g/m², Fleece-lined Knit Denim is a bonded cloth: a knit denim face with a fleece lining laminated to it, so the warmth is built in rather than added by a separate layer. The bond is the part that matters, and this one holds: the two layers stay together through washing and wear instead of separating or lifting at the edges, which is the failure that makes a lined fabric unusable. With 41% cotton, 54.5% polyester and 4.6% spandex the cloth has drape and structure at the same time, so garments keep a clean, stable line rather than collapsing or standing away from the body. It also resists creasing and washes without losing its shape, which keeps care simple. Sulfur dyed, for the muted denim tone this weight suits.

1. Cut clean and keep the blade sharp. Heat and friction at the cut edge are what start delamination, so a slow blade is worse than a sharp one.
2. Relax before cutting, and don't stretch the cloth. A bonded cloth doesn't spring back the way a plain knit does.
3. Plan for bulk in the seams. Two layers plus a bond make thick edges, so reduce bulk rather than trying to press it flat.
4. Keep the press cool and off the face. Heat is the enemy of a bonded cloth: too much and the lining starts to let go.
5. Sample and wash before bulk, and test the bond, not only the shade. Delamination after washing is the failure worth catching early.
