Stretch indigo fabric advantage:
At 200g/m², Stretch indigo fabric is a light midweight that pairs a twill denim face with the softness of a knit. The twill lines stand out clearly and the denim flavor is genuinely vintage rather than printed on, yet the cloth itself handles softly. The blend runs 53.8% cotton, 33.3% polyester and 12.9% spandex, a stretch-heavy mix, so it gives in all four directions and doesn't pinch across the leg or the crotch on a long day. Indigo dyed for that familiar deep blue. It also drapes properly: the cloth falls and shapes the line instead of hanging stiff. Leggings, yoga jeans, tapered and wide-leg cuts, for sitting, traveling or moving.
1/ Twill denim texture with knit softness. Visible dimensional twill lines and real vintage character, but it handles like a soft knit.
2/ Clean and structured on the body. It holds its line instead of sagging, so garments look shaped rather than collapsed.

- Pre-shrink the roll before cutting, so the finished sizes match what you planned.
- With 12.9% spandex, don't let the cloth stretch while you lay it or cut it. Ease it flat instead of pulling it into place.
- Use a stitch that moves with the fabric, and keep the thread tension on the light side.
- Low heat on the press, and no direct contact with the plate.
- Sample and wash before bulk, including whatever finish you plan to run. That's the stage where mistakes stay cheap.
