250-260g/m² puts Midweight plain weave denim right in the middle of the range: substantial enough to hold a line, light enough to stay comfortable on a warm day. The yarn is two-ply, which packs the surface tighter, so the cloth finishes flat and even instead of open or fuzzy. 100% cotton with indigo dye, so the color carries the deep, slightly faded cast people expect from real denim. T-shirts, polos, shorts, dresses: it brings the body those pieces need without going stiff.
1/ Two-ply yarn, tighter surface. The doubled yarn packs the cloth denser, so it comes out flat and even rather than open or fuzzy.

Processing Recommendations

- Run the fabric through pre-shrinking before it reaches the cutting table, otherwise finished garments can shift in the wash.
- Watch for shade bands across the roll and keep the grain running straight while cutting.
- Pick a needle and thread that suit the cloth, hold even tension, and avoid pulling as you sew.
- Keep the press at low heat, with no direct iron contact.
- Sew a sample, wash it through, and check it before committing to bulk. Problems found at that stage cost a fraction of what they cost later.
