Stretch Polyester Denim advantage:
At 300g/m², Stretch Polyester Denim has the heft of a bottom-weight cloth while staying entirely synthetic: 90% polyester, 10% spandex, no cotton anywhere in the blend. The polyester carries the strength and the depth of colour, and because it sheds moisture instead of absorbing it, the cloth dries fast and never feels cold or damp. The elastane is high enough to be useful rather than decorative, so the cloth moves with the wearer and springs back, which is what stops a knit denim going shapeless at the knees and seat. At this weight it drapes and holds a line instead of clinging. The New Charm finish means the denim surface is complete when it leaves us, so there's no laundry stage in your production to schedule or fund.

- Let the roll condition before it's laid. Elastane settles slowly after transport, so measure a rested sample, not a fresh one.
- Support the cloth while spreading. Ten percent elastane turns any drag into length variation between panels.
- Watch needle heat. Polyester scorches, and a hot needle leaves marks that only surface after a few hundred pieces.
- Plan the marker for a 160cm roll. Wider panels need more lays at this width, so settle the cut plan before booking fabric.
- Prove it on a sewn piece. With no laundry stage downstream, nothing masks a fault later.
