Black twill denim advantage:
At 260g/m², Black twill denim is a midweight built on a classic twill face, and the lines come up clearly and dimensionally rather than sitting flat. The blend is stretch-led: 46% cotton for the hand, 42% polyester for strength and shape, and 12% spandex, which is a lot of stretch, so the cloth gives in every direction and springs back instead of holding whatever shape it was pulled into. Sulfur dyed to a solid black that stays solid. The surface is clean and low on fuzz, so it looks neat coming off the machine and stays that way through wear. Leggings, yoga jeans, tapered cuts, wide-leg styles: it stretches and recovers through all of them.
1/ Classic twill with clear, dimensional lines. The grain reads distinctly instead of fading into a flat surface.
2/ Four-way stretch that recovers. It pulls in every direction and springs back, so it doesn't bind or squeeze and the garment moves with you.
3/ Low fuzz, clean face. Very little fiber sits on the surface, so the cloth looks tidy and the panels cut cleanly.

- Run the pre-shrinking first, so the sizes you cut are the sizes that ship.
- With this much spandex, keep handling relaxed. Over-stretching at the cutting table is what leaves you with wavy panels.

- Low heat on the press, and no direct contact with the plate.
- Sample and wash before bulk, including whatever finish you plan to run. It's where faults are cheapest to fix.
