At 300g/m², High-stretch Knitted Denim sits at the heavy end, so it carries real denim body rather than reading like a soft knit. The twill grain on the surface keeps the look authentic. What sets this quality apart is the spandex load: 11%, against 57% cotton and 32% polyester, which is a yoga-level figure. That's what lets a heavyweight cloth stretch far enough for leggings and skinny fits and still recover, instead of bagging at the knees or seat. The knit base keeps it soft against the skin, and the cloth resists creasing, so it holds its shape through a day's wear and comes out of the wash looking right. Indigo dyed for a classic denim tone that suits a lot of styles without dating.

High-stretch Knitted Denim processing recommendations:
- Let the roll relax before cutting. A knit with this much spandex needs time to settle, or panels will measure differently after a day on the table.
- The twill line is the grain. Keep every panel running the same direction through the marker, or shade will shift under light.
- Fit the machine to the cloth. Suitable needle and thread, even tension, and don't stretch the panels as they feed.
- Keep the press cool, and off the face. At 11% spandex heat is the main risk: too hot and the cloth loses its recovery for good.
- Sample and wash before bulk, wash programme included. Recovery and shrinkage are the numbers worth confirming early.
