At 200-210g/m², Indigo Pique Fabric sits in the light-to-medium range with an easy hand and a grain you notice straight away: the back carries a pique dot texture rather than the flat finish most knits have. The blend runs 79% cotton, 17% polyester and 4% spandex, so it stays soft against the skin, gives easily when the wearer moves, and breathes without holding heat in. Indigo dyed, which gives it that muted, washed-in blue that reads vintage rather than new. It's also genuinely easy to place: tees, dresses, casual pants, joggers and straight-leg cuts all take it well, and it pairs with a lot of different looks. The 175cm width is generous too.

- Handle the pre-shrinking before the cutting table. With this much cotton, cut first and you'll be chasing the movement later.
- The pique dots sit on the reverse, so agree which side you're showing before the marker is laid.
- Use a needle and thread suited to the cloth, and don't let the panels stretch as they feed through.
- Low heat on the press, and no direct contact from the plate.
- Sample and wash before bulk, finish included. That's the stage where corrections are still cheap.
